Liability Waiver

RHH Knowledge Nook (including Rockford Homeschoolers Hub, Synergy classes, and all affiliated programs) is a learning network open to all learners. Activities include meetups, clubs, events, parent gatherings, and enrichment classes. Participation is voluntary, and each person is responsible for their own safety.

RHH Knowledge Nook, its organizers, and volunteers assume no legal or civil liability for individuals, incidents, or outcomes related to group participation, connections, or use of platforms.

Safety & Risk: All participants engage at their own risk. Parents/guardians must supervise children unless a drop-off has been explicitly allowed and written policies have been agreed to in advance.

Conduct: All participants must follow the Code of Conduct. Unsafe or disruptive behavior may result in removal from events or programs.

Facilities: Respect all locations used. Families are responsible for damage or disruptions caused.

Connections: The group does not screen or verify members. Use discretion when forming relationships or bringing guests.

Volunteer Programs: Most events are volunteer-led. Organizers and volunteers are not liable for injury, illness, or property loss. Each person is responsible for their own well-being.
