3. Event & Class Registration

• Some events are open to the public, while others are exclusive to members.

• Registration is required for most events and classes.

• You must be logged in to register for events/activities.

• Fees for classes, field trips, and special events may apply and vary by program.

 

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Refund eligibility depends on the event or program.

• In general, cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance may receive a full or partial refund or credit.

• No-shows and last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.

 

5. Resource Library Use

• The Resource Library is available to active members.

• To borrow or reserve items, members must follow the lending policy and return items on time and in good condition.

• Lost or damaged items may result in replacement fees.

 

6. Behavior & Participation Expectations

We are a family-friendly, inclusive community. All participants agree to:

• Show respect to others (children and adults alike)

• Follow safety instructions at events or in classes

• Supervise their children appropriately

• Use shared spaces and resources responsibly

We reserve the right to revoke access for behavior that violates our community standards.

By participating in our events or using our resources, you acknowledge:

• Participation is voluntary and at your own risk

• RHH Knowledge Nook is not liable for personal injury, lost or damaged property, or any third-party services used
